Today, these springs are combined into one thermal complex in Balchov, where they are treated with mineral and mud baths. The temperature of the sources is about 36º C. Water beats from two wells at a rate of 28 liters per second. The composition of water: sulfur, calcium bicarbonate, sodium chloride.

The distance to the Aegean Sea is 1000 m. The shore is rocky, not intended for bathing and relaxing on the beach. The nearest beach is 70 km from the hotel, located in Cesme
